Ulster Heights Vintage Postcard - Pig Greetings

This restored vintage postcard features a simple scene of a lady in a white dress observing two pigs in a pen beneath a caption that reads: "GREETINGS FROM ULSTER HEIGHTS, N.Y."

Postmarked in Ellenville on August 9, 1921 and addressed to "Mrs A. Purcell c/o Lethbridge (?) 97(?) William St NYC" with a wry message: "Hope you have just as good a time as I am having Theo."

Given the subject matter - a lady watching pigs - we're not entirely sure Theo was having the time of their life. But perhaps a quiet moment by the pig pen was a welcome escape from city life? When you send this postcard, will your well-wishes be equally tongue-in-cheek, or genuinely enthusiastic?
